All our products are carefully checked before we send them out to make sure they're perfect. But sometimes, things can get damaged while they're being delivered.
If something arrives broken or damaged, we'll either give you your money back as store credit or send you a new one, depending on what's best.
To initiate this process, we require customers to submit a video of the unboxing procedure, demonstrating the product being removed from the sealed courier bag and fully packed box. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued in cash under any circumstances.
